Raw Energy. Real Restoration.
My name is Jean, and I’m your sound bath and energy healing guide.
My journey into sound and energy work began through my own experience with healing, resilience, and transformation. After surviving a stroke and later a traumatic accident that changed my life forever, I found myself navigating physical pain, emotional trauma, and a long road of recovery.
Through these experiences, I began searching for ways to reconnect with my body, restore balance, and create moments of peace during a time of tremendous change. Along the way, I discovered the profound impact that sound, meditation, and energy practices had on my own healing journey.
What began as a personal search became a deeper understanding of the importance of slowing down, listening inward, and creating space for restoration. Sound Bath Energy Healing is a reflection of the practices that have supported me, including sound healing with crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, meditation, Reiki, and energy work.
These practices offer a peaceful opportunity to relax, release the stress of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and support balance between the body and spirit.
I believe healing is not about forgetting what we have been through—it is about learning how to reconnect with ourselves, honor our journey, and create space for renewal. My intention is to provide a calm, welcoming environment where you can experience the restorative power of sound and energy healing.
Welcome to a space of relaxation, restoration, and reconnection.
I believe in the power of shared energy to transform lives. My purpose is to create spaces where people can raise their vibration, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect to the truth and power they already carry. Through sound and collective presence, I help others step into clarity, abundance, and well-being—while uplifting each other in the process. My why is to guide people into higher frequencies of consciousness, where healing and transformation ripple far beyond the room.
If you’ve ever felt afraid to question your faith or guilty for exploring what helps you feel whole—you’re not alone.
I’ve lived that fear, too. But healing is not a betrayal of God. It’s a return to Him.
You deserve to feel safe, seen, and free. This is your permission to begin.
